Innovation is the norm at Holly Avenue rather than the exception. 
Some of our newer programs include a developmental report card, "Distinguished Dolphin Award", Student Led Family Conferences, a voluntary Year Round Education track, class size reduction, looping, Rubric Grading in writing, math and science and school uniforms.

An enthusiastic and collaborative staff continues to maintain
excellent activities and programs such as Portfolios, "Caught
Being Good", Trimester Awards, Student Council, School and Traffic Safeties, GATE, PIP, Family Reading Night, ELD and Title 1.  Several Holly Avenue teachers serve the district as Mentors and there are two district supported Model Technology
Classrooms.
