Does Holly use educational equipment to teach your kids? The grocery stores have agreed to donate a portion of their profits to the school. This is SCRIP! However we are looking for volunteers who are willing to donate their time or items. Some items that would be greatly appreciated are: Wood Chips, Seeds (preferably annuals), Bulbs, 6 packs of vegetables/flowers, child friendly gardening tools, gardening gloves, shovels, hoes, weeders, plant markers, stakes, garden décor. First Avenue Auditorium Haunted Halloween Happening-trick or treating, scary crafts, goblin games, costume contests. Free to elementary age ghouls and goblins at the Community Center. The annual goblin give-away telephone contest requires registration. All students through 8th grade have the opportunity to win a cash prize from the "Goblin" if they are home around 8:00pm on Halloween night. You must return the orange entry form passed out by your classroom(s). to be eligible. Entertainment Basket- The deadline for contributions to the raffle basket is November 22. We need donations of "various things we can do over the holidays". So far, ideas of a CD player, CDs, movie tickets, etc. are donations of items we can use.
