So far we have collected over $400 in Box Tops and $180 in Plastic Bags. As you begin all your holiday shopping, please keep in mind to look for Box Tops products. Box Tops can be found on a variety of items besides food items such as General Mills cereals, snacks, yogurt, and baking items. They can be found on Ziploc products, Saran Wrap, Kleenex products, Viva, Cottonelle, Scott tissue, and certain Hefty bags, plates, cups and utensils. Look for Bonus Box Tops this holiday seaon on certain Ziploc and Saran Wrap products. These items will have an addition Box top, allowing you to earn a total of 20 cents per product. Consider buying Box Top items when you purchase extra items to donate for White Christmas. You can cut off the Box tops if it is on the outer package, as long as you don't cut open the actual package containing the food item. We will be sending out some fun holiday themed collections sheets for you to fill up. You can still fill up the Race Across California collections sheet. If you don't have enough Box Tops to fill a collections sheet, just place your Box tops in a baggie. Just make sure your child's name & room number are on it. Make sure you also save all those clean and dry shopping and grocery bags that you'll be getting as you do all your holiday shopping. Its easy to drop them off at school in the GREEN SQUARE collection boxes. Please note that the collection box by the Tennis Court drop off has been moved due to other people putting in trash and the rain. There are 3 collection sites now: Hallway in front of the school office, Kindergarten drop off area, and Hallway by the Lost and Found closet. If you have any questions, please contact Doris Hayata at (626) 445-0629 or wdhayata@hotmail.com. _________________________________________________________________ Get FREE company branded e-mail accounts and business Web site from Microsoft Office Live http://clk.atdmt.com/MRT/go/mcrssaub0050001411mrt/direct/01/
