This is for the secure online system to collect student information on emergency contacts, health information and release information (ECI). Also all the annual notifications (ANTP) are now online for us to read and complete -- when we complete this process, we are to print both of the signature pages for both of these verfication pages and sign them. Make sure you take the time to complete this process.
