Peachjar Online Flyers
In January of 2015, the Arcadia Unified School District transitioned from paper flyers to electronic flyers via the Peachjar system. This transition was made to help reduce staff time, save money, and continue our mission of being an environmentally conscious school district.
No action is required on your part. You should have already received a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view eflyers. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time or select the frequency of email notifications. The flyers can always be viewed by clicking on the Peachjar button on your school's website.
To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add [email protected] to your email contacts. Note: add [email protected] to your contact list just as written; do not change it to the name of your school @peachjar.com. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”
This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. If you need additional technical support, you can email Rick Jolicoeur at [email protected] or call Peachjar at (877) 402-1786.

Enrichment Providers/Community Organizations:
Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.
Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type).
Upload your flyer for approval. When uploading your flier you must provide information about your organization in the note section, and provide any other details needed for approval (see below).
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office.
District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.

- Within Arcadia USD boundaries
- Must be a non-profit. A copy of Proof of Non-Profit status – Form # 501-C must be submitted.
- Disclaimer: AUSD does not endorse/support program
- A pdf copy of the material you wish to distribute
- Money is not to be collected in the schools
- Youth programs
AUSD does not disseminate information to schools/students regarding programs sponsored by church and/or religious organizations. Non-religious groups/affiliated groups that rent space but are separate from religious/church organizations and provide services within Arcadia may be considered for approval.
