Communications and Public Information
Welcome to the Office of Communications & Public Information
Our award-winning school communications office is dedicated to connecting, informing, and inspiring our community through strategic, transparent, and meaningful communication. Our mission is to strengthen trust, celebrate student success, and elevate the exceptional work happening across Arcadia Unified while ensuring every student, family, employee, and community member has access to timely, accurate, and engaging information.
The Communications and Public Information Office serves as the district's central resource for public relations, strategic communications, media relations, crisis communications, digital communications, marketing, branding, executive communications, and community engagement. Through authentic storytelling and thoughtful communication, we proudly share the people, programs, and moments that make Arcadia Unified an exceptional place to learn, work, and belong.
Parents and community members are welcome to submit photos and stories about AUSD programs, students, staff, and achievements to [email protected]
Please direct all media inquiries to Chief Communications Officer Lauren Cienfuegos.

Arcadia Unified Emergency Hotline: (626) 821-1783
You may call the AUSD Emergency Hotline to receive information during a school or district emergency. We have created this hotline as a backup communication measure in the event that email/internet communications may be down. Parents may verify that their current email address is on file with their student’s school office.
