Teacher Induction Program Sequence

Arcadia Unified School District's Teacher Induction program is a two-year comprehensive and robust program for all qualifying preliminary credential candidates employed with the district. 

 

Candidates who are deemed an exceptional experienced teacher based on years of teaching, recommendations and observations qualify to apply for an Early Completion Option (ECO) pathway. Candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency and the highest level of professionalism in order to qualify for this pathway.
